The Northern Nuclear Alliance Skills Committee is keen to help our members navigate one of the most important developments in the skills landscape – Local Skills Improvement Plans (LSIPs).

LSIPs bring together employers, education providers, and local stakeholders to identify the skills that businesses need now and in the future. They are increasingly influencing local skills priorities, investment and provision of education and training. For our sector, they provide a real opportunity to ensure nuclear skills needs are recognised and reflected in regional plans.

We’ve shared a snapshot of some key themes emerging from LSIPs. We’d really like to hear from our members:
